Resolved - Flywire issues have been resolved by the integration partner and the Flywire payment links are operational again (2024-04-03 12:00:00 UTC)
Update #1 - Flywire is currently experiencing a total outage of service (https://status.flywire.com/incident_details/__POST_P9YMRZ0), which means Flywire payments are failing.
